Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience across CRM, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.
• At least 2 years in a senior or lead role with mentoring responsibilities.
• Experience building scalable Salesforce Flow solutions and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and customization of complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Architect scalable data models and integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems.
• Mentor, line-manage, and develop junior Salesforce developers and engineers.
• Ensure best practices, CI/CD, code reviews, and agile delivery throughout projects.
