Job summary

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12
• 3–5 years’ relevant sales experience
• Previous experience in a senior sales, sales support or customer-facing role
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong computer literacy and MS Office skills
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident, self-motivated and target driven
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and assist with the full sales process
• Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up on sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute towards achieving targets
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
• Assist with sales administration, reporting and stock coordination
• Support the sales team and ensure smooth day‑to‑day sales operations
