Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking a results-driven sales professional to manage customer inquiries and support the full sales cycle. You will prepare quotations, process orders and follow up on sales while building lasting customer relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, CRM knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
• 3–5 years’ relevant sales experience.
• Experience in senior sales, sales support or customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong computer literacy and MS Office skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident, self-motivated and target driven.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries and assist with the full sales process.

• Identify sales opportunities and contribute towards achieving targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
