Qualifications

• Experience with Winner Design or similar 3D design software (advantageous).
• Project management experience (preferred).

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their design needs and lifestyle preferences
• Present and refine concepts using cutting-edge 3D design tools
• Provide expert advice on cabinetry design and technical options
• Manage full project lifecycle—from consultation through to installation and hand-over
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales and design role, ideally within the kitchen, cabinetry, or interior design industry
• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
• Strong client-facing and communication skills

• Experience with Winner Design or similar 3D design software (advantageous)
