Job summary

FullServe is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Gauteng to ensure accurate, compliant processing of payroll per SA labour law and Bargaining Council agreements. You will manage payroll for diverse staff, handle statutory deductions, and maintain accurate records across time/attendance systems.

The role requires 3–5 years SA payroll experience, strong Excel/modeling skills, and proven ability to interpret NBCEI/NBCPSS provisions. Security/engineering exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in payroll/HR or related field.
• Solid knowledge of SA payroll legislation and SARS submissions.
• Experience with NBCEI/NBCPSS provisions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and timely payroll for all employees including security officers and engineers.
• Ensure adherence to NBCPSS NBCEI agreements, deductions, and benefits.
• Administer PAYE, UIF, SDL, COIDA and SARS EMP201/EMP501 filings.
• Maintain payroll records, master data, and time/attendance integration.
• Prepare monthly payroll journals and GL reconciliations.
• Produce management reports by project or contract.
• Support audits with compliance documentation.
