About the Role Our client, a growing distribution company, is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Route Planner & Logistics Analyst to join their operations team in **Kimberley, Northern Cape**. This role is crucial for optimizing delivery routes, improving transportation efficiency, and reducing logistics costs across the region. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in route optimization software, network analysis, and demand forecasting, combined with a solid understanding of transportation operations within the **Kimberley** area. You will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient delivery schedules, managing carrier performance, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic logistics decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage optimized delivery routes for a fleet of vehicles operating in the Northern Cape.
• Utilize advanced route optimization software to minimize travel time, fuel consumption, and mileage.

• Develop and maintain delivery schedules that meet customer service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements
