Job summary

Tiger Brands is seeking an experienced HSSE Manager to oversee safety, health, environment, and security across the Randfontein site. You will implement administrative systems, monitor deliverables, and act as project manager for organizational tasks and events.

The role requires strong risk management, incident investigation, training oversight, and compliance with OHSA, ISO standards, and PSIRA. You will lead audits, coordinate external partners, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management within the food/beverage industry.
• Knowledge of safety, food safety, and government safety policies.
• Academic background in Environmental Health and Occupational Health & Safety law.
• Leadership and ability to drive safety initiatives and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Investigate workplace accidents and incidents per OHS Act and report findings.
• Maintain ISO 14001 and Tiger Brands environmental system compliance.
• Coordinate safety training and ensure annual compliance for all staff.
• Liaise with external auditors and ensure risk control standards are followed.
