Placements24 is seeking an Insurance Risk Consultant to join their advisory team serving corporate clients in Soweto, Gauteng and beyond. The hybrid role focuses on assessing risk exposures and tailoring insurance and risk management strategies to protect assets and operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in insurance risk management, strong analytical and communication skills, and a client-centric approach.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in insurance risk management, commercial insurance advising, or related field.
• Strong understanding of corporate risk assessment methodologies and commercial insurance lines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Superior communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in risk management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct risk assessments for corporate clients across industries.
• Analyze existing insurance programs to identify gaps and optimization.
• Recommend suitable insurance products and coverage levels.
• Develop and present customized risk management and insurance strategies.
• Advise on loss prevention techniques and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with underwriters to secure optimal terms.
• Assist clients in navigating the claims process.
• Stay updated on market trends, products, and regulatory changes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate stakeholders.
• Prepare detailed risk reports, proposals, and client presentations.
