Qualifications

• Honours degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science or related field.
• 5–10 years' experience in a risk management role within a financial markets environment.
• Strong understanding of counterparty credit risk, liquidity risk, investment risk and financial market infrastructure.
• Sound knowledge of financial markets, risk modelling, stress testing and zero‑arbitrage pricing principles.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks, governance, risk management and internal controls.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and strategic decision‑making capabilities.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor and develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies, policies and governance frameworks.
• Oversee the identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting of financial risks.
• Develop and maintain margining, counterparty credit risk and liquidity stress-testing frameworks aligned with international best practices.
• Strengthen risk management practices across clearing, settlement and capital market operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and international Central Counterparty (CCP) standards.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with regulators, clearing members and key industry stakeholders.
• Prepare and present risk reports, recommendations and strategic insights to executive leadership and governance committees.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of risk professionals, driving performance, innovation and continuous improvement.
