The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in a quantitative field and at least six years of risk analysis experience, with proficiency in R or Python and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science, or related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 6 years of risk analysis experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
• Experience in developing and implementing risk models and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data interpretation.
• Knowledge of Mossel Bay insurance underwriting principles.
• Proficiency in R and Python for data analysis.
• Certifications like FRM/PRM are advantageous.
