About the Role

Our client, a prominent player in the telecommunications industry situated in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal , is seeking to appoint a Senior RF Network Optimization Engineer. This critical role focuses on enhancing the performance, capacity, and quality of our client's radio frequency (RF) networks. You will be instrumental in analyzing network data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to ensure optimal signal coverage and user experience across the region. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G NR technologies and their parameters.
• Experience with RF measurement tools and drive testing analysis.
