Job summary

Perssol is seeking an Architectural Technologist / Senior Revit Technologist for a Durban-based practice with a strong project pipeline. You will develop and produce architectural drawings in Revit, translate concepts into coordinated drawings, and liaise with engineers and consultants.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of architectural technology experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit.
• Strong understanding of the full architectural documentation process.
• Proven ability to take projects from concept to council submissions and working drawings.
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants.
• Excellent attention to detail and technical documentation skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Durban-based or willing to relocate to Durban.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce architectural drawings using Revit.
• Assist architects in translating conceptual and sketch designs into fully coordinated drawings.
• Coordinate architectural information with consulting engineers and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare municipal and council submission drawings and documentation.
• Produce detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain high-quality drawing standards and project documentation.
• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
