Delta Built Environment Consultants is seeking a registered Senior Architectural Technologist with strong Revit skills to lead architecture projects through all stages from concept to completion. Qualifications

• Registered Professional Senior Architectural Technologist or Professional Architectural Technologist with SACAP.
• 7+ years' post-graduation experience.
• 3-5 years' post-registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage architectural projects from inception through to project close-out.
• Prepare concept designs, design presentations, council submission drawings, and construction documentation.
• Produce high-quality technical drawings and 3D models using Revit.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Conduct construction site inspections and provide technical support during implementation.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with client requirements and industry standards.
• Manage project documentation and project timelines throughout the project lifecycle.
