Job summary

Aon South Africa is recruiting a Retirement and Risk Benefits Consultant in the Employee Benefits department, based at our Cape Town offices. You will manage a portfolio of funds, provide guidance and advice to clients, and ensure SLA adherence while adding value for all stakeholders.

The role includes leading client interactions, preparing meeting materials, and coordinating with service providers to deliver high-quality client servicing.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) is required.
• Must be registered as a representative with the FSCA in terms of the FAIS Act.
• Have or work towards an NQF level 7/8 qualification in wealth management or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead client interactions in line with the year-plan.
• Onsite member sessions and inductions.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and reports for client meetings.
• Assist with market reviews of benefit offerings and rates.
• Maintain accurate records and data in relevant systems.
• Adhere to SLAs and coordinate with service providers.
• Lead and manage actions from Committee and Board meetings.
