Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver technical advice.
• Solid understanding of industry regulations, operations, and service models.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliant technical advice aligned with legislation.
• Manage a portfolio of clients and build strong relationships.
• Prepare meeting agendas and ensure action tracking.
• Draft and manage Section 14 transfer checklists.
• Collaborate with administration teams to resolve issues.
