Job summary

Alexander Forbes is hiring a Client Consultant to support trustees and management committees of retirement funds. You will aid daily fund administration, coordinate between departments, and ensure clients receive efficient, professional support.

Responsibilities include maintaining fund databases, adhering to SLAs, and assisting with regulatory compliance and strategic initiatives to drive client satisfaction and growth. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) or higher.
• Grade 12/ Senior Certificate.
• FAIS compliance awareness and ability to interpret legislation.

Responsibilities

• Support the management and administration of retirement funds.
• Coordinate and facilitate communication between stakeholders and internal departments.
• Assist trustees and management committees with fund-related matters.
• Ensure adherence to client service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date fund databases.
• Support regulatory compliance and implementation of best practices.
• Assist with rollout and implementation of strategic business initiatives.
• Contribute to client retention, satisfaction and growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities to increase assets under management (AUM).
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
