Job summary

MyCareerCraft is seeking a senior management-level consultant to deliver member training, education, and induction sessions on retirement benefits across employer groups. The role travels nationally to client sites and acts as a subject-matter specialist on medical aid products, supporting HR teams and ensuring members understand their options and entitlements.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in retirement fund consulting or employee benefits consulting.
• Strong knowledge of South African retirement fund legislation and options.
• Proven training, facilitation or public speaking experience.
• Excellent communication; English clear; other SA languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate on-site and virtual induction and training sessions.
• Present scheme benefits, options, contributions, and claims clearly.
• Guide HR/Payroll on communicating medical aid information.
• Respond to complex member queries during sessions.
• Develop training materials and information packs per client.
• Maintain records of sessions, attendance, feedback, and queries.
• Stay updated with scheme changes and regulatory updates.
• Build relationships with employer HR teams and scheme admins.
• Support renewal processes with member communication campaigns.
