Job summary

MyCareerCraft in Sandton is seeking an Associate Consultant for a permanent retirement fund portfolio. You will assist the Consulting Manager with day-to-day activities, manage employer queries, coordinate with service providers, and prepare Manco agenda packs.

The role requires at least 3 years in a similar Manco-focused position, experience with retirement fund legislation, and proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Qualifications

• Assisting Consulting Manager with day-to-day running of the portfolio.
• Employer support – handling queries and arranging training.
• Ongoing engagement with service providers where required.
• Schedule meetings for Manco and coordinate with service providers; prepare agenda packs and minutes.
• Renewal: manage the renewal process - gather data, inform members and update booklets/presentations.
• Member support: share communications, present at inductions and near-retirement webinars, attend to member queries.

• Valid drivers licence and own reliable transport
