Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a results-driven Retail Sales Supervisor for a busy Soweto store. You will supervise a team of sales associates, assist customers, and help create an engaging shopping environment to achieve sales targets.

The role requires retail experience, at least one year in a supervisory capacity, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with POS systems. You will be responsible for store operations, cash handling, inventory, and delivering excellent customer

Responsibilities

Supervise and guide a team of retail sales associates, ensuring adherence to company policies and customer service standards.

Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and store presentation.
