Qualifications

• Proven experience in a retail supervisory role or as a senior sales associate.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience with POS systems and retail management software.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of retail sales associates and ensure policy adherence.
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues for a positive shopping experience.
