You will manage design teams, collaborate with clients and developers, and ensure designs meet high standards of excellence and commercial viability in the Gauteng market.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional architectural experience, with a significant focus on retail and commercial design projects.
• Proven experience leading design teams and managing complex commercial projects.
• Professional registration with SACAP.
• Experience working within Gauteng Randburg market is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design process for retail, hospitality, and commercial office projects.
• Develop innovative and functional designs that enhance customer experience and brand presence.
• Create detailed architectural plans, specifications, and visualizations using advanced design software.
