Formación

• Proven experience as a Retail Buyer, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong understanding of merchandising principles, retail mathematics, and inventory management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets and translate into actionable strategies.
• Experience in building and managing supplier relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
