You will be responsible for ensuring design excellence, client satisfaction, and adherence to project budgets and timelines. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of residential architecture, detailing, and material selection. You will mentor junior architects, manage project workflows, and collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to bring visionary homes to life. Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design for high-end residential projects, from concept to completion.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery.
• Manage client relationships, conduct design presentations, and guide them through the design process.

Requirements

• Professional registration as an Architect with SACAP (South African Council for the Architectural Profession).
