Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Electrical/Mechanical/Energy Systems or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in renewable energy systems analysis and modeling.
• Proficient with energy modeling software and data tools.
• Strong understanding of grid integration and energy markets.
• Proven ability to manage complex analytical projects independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; remote work experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze renewable energy systems (solar, wind, storage) for performance and cost.
• Develop modeling tools to forecast generation, demand, and grid impact.
• Assess technical and financial feasibility of new projects with reports.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and business teams.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes affecting energy projects.
• Present findings to senior management and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and enhance energy system models and databases.
