Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced and analytical Lead Supply Chain Analyst for a fast-paced FMCG client. This fully remote role focuses on analyzing complex data sets, forecasting, inventory optimization and end-to-end supply chain improvements.

You will mentor junior analysts, champion best practices, and collaborate with procurement, manufacturing and distribution to implement data-driven solutions. Advanced SQL, Python, R and BI skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain analysis in FMCG or similar environment.
• Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and logistics analysis.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R and BI platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of complex supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement advanced forecasting models to optimize inventory and reduce stock-outs.
• Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve delivery efficiency.
• Design and implement KPIs to measure supply chain performance.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and distribution teams for end-to-end integration.
• Develop reports and present recommendations to senior management.
