Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst for a fully remote position in the FMCG sector. You will optimize the supply chain, analyze complex datasets, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs across the end-to-end process.

Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, forecasting accuracy, and collaboration with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to drive cost-saving initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within FMCG.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify bottlenecks, optimize inventory levels, and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Develop and maintain KPIs for supply chain operations, monitoring performance against targets.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams to implement efficiency improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Create reports and dashboards to visualize supply chain performance and present findings to management.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements within the supply chain.
• Support the planning and execution of demand and supply planning activities, ensuring product availability.
