Placements24 is seeking a Senior Strategy Consultant with a focus on Operations to join its remote team, supporting clients across Gauteng and beyond. You will diagnose operational challenges, design strategic solutions, and guide large-scale implementations to improve performance and profitability.

This role requires a Master's degree and at least seven years of experience in operations consulting, with proven lean expertise and strong remote leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative field related to operations (as stated).
• Minimum 7 years of experience in operations consulting or related fields.
• Proven expertise in process optimization and lean methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent remote communication and virtual-team leadership.
• Proven track record of delivering operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational diagnostic engagements across supply chains, manufacturing, or service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans and performance frameworks.
• Analyze data to identify trends and root causes for optimization.
• Guide clients through new operational models and change management.
• Facilitate workshops and build internal capabilities for sustained excellence.
• Develop business cases quantifying benefits and ROI.
