• Proven track record of managing complex remote projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project/Asana/Jira).
• Strong remote leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate and manage remote project activities among team members and stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project updates and decisions to all parties via virtual channels.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and client specs.
• Oversee procurement of materials/equipment and vendor relationships remotely.
