You will develop prototypes and push the boundaries of engineering solutions with a high degree of autonomy. You will collaborate with a distributed team, document findings, and stay at the forefront of computational mechanics, advanced materials, and simulation techniques.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in mechanical design and R&D with a proven track record of innovation.
• Expertise in computational mechanics, advanced materials, and CFD/FEA.
• Proficiency with CAD software and simulation packages.

Responsibilities

• Research and develop novel mechanical concepts and technologies.
• Design, simulate, and analyze complex mechanical systems using advanced software.
• Develop and test prototypes, iterating based on performance data and feedback.
• Document research findings, design specifications, and technical reports.
• Collaborate effectively with remote team members, project managers, and stakeholders via virtual communication tools.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in mechanical engineering and related fields.
