Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, SCM, or related field.
• 8+ years in logistics with leadership experience.
• Experience managing remote/distributed teams.
• Proficient in WMS, TMS, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to boost efficiency and cut costs.
• Lead a geographically dispersed team and foster remote collaboration.
• Use analytics and reporting tools to monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
• Oversee transportation management, routing, carriers, and freight.
• Implement inventory and warehousing strategies and stay current with trends.
