Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in HVACR design, projects, service, technical support, or training within the HVACR industry.
• Willingness to travel across Africa region and collaborate across multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Application Engineering Support: respond to technical queries, assist with product selection software, and lead regional NBO with Sales in MEA.
• Technical Training: develop training materials, deliver sessions on controllers and protections in condensing units and compressors.
• Quality & Warranty Management: manage warranty claims, perform RCA, and drive continuous product improvements.
