Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in a senior management role within manufacturing or FMCG industries.
• Relevant Supply chain degree essential (not negotiable).
• Proven experience in fleet, warehouse, and cost management.
• Strong budgeting and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and team management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple departments and build stakeholder relationships.
• Familiarity with RTQS and RTMS standards and ISO/FSSC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee logistics and customer service operations to drive efficiency and satisfaction.
• Manage fleet, warehouse operations, and cost controls aligned to budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Conduct stock checks, report variances, and investigate delivery issues.
• Develop and manage budgets for capex, materials, and distribution.
• Implement cost management systems to reduce expenses and waste.
• Report on key logistics ratios and costs for executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, FSSC and other standards in daily KPIs.
• Foster employee morale and engagement across departments.
• Collaborate with suppliers and customers to strengthen partnerships.
