Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in a senior management role within manufacturing or FMCG industries.
• Relevant supply chain degree essential.
• Proven experience in fleet, warehouse, and cost management.
• Strong budgeting and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and team management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple departments and build stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet management, warehouse operations, and cost control.
• Manage budgets for capex, raw materials, and distribution.
• Lead procurement, vendor and customer relationships.
• Ensure compliance with RTQS, RTMS, ISO, and FSSC standards.
• Report on logistics ratios and costs to executives.
• Drive employee engagement and a positive work environment.
• Align operations with quality and service excellence.
