Italtile in Randburg seeks a Senior Maintenance Manager to oversee proactive and reactive maintenance across a large commercial/industrial property portfolio. You will act as the technical authority, ensuring assets are well maintained, costs controlled, and safety is non-negotiable across sites.

You will lead inspections, diagnose faults, source qualified contractors, enforce procurement governance, and drive an 18-month maintenance plan while mentoring the Maintenance Team and ensuring OHS

Formación

• Minimum 10 years in commercial and industrial construction.
• Experience as Senior Foreman or Junior Site Agent.
• Knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Act and Construction Regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee proactive and reactive maintenance across a large property portfolio.
• Lead regional inspections and issue corrective actions.
• Source and manage contractors with compliance and performance monitoring.
• Ensure procurement governance and budget control across sites.
• Develop 18-month maintenance plans and report progress to management.
• Ensure OHS compliance and conduct safety audits across sites.

Educación

National Diploma in Building (Recommended) or equivalent Built Environment qualification
