Dante Personnel Recruitment (Pty) Ltd in Bedfordview, Gauteng, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across an industrial property portfolio, driving reliability and cost efficiency.

You will lead multiple maintenance teams and contractors, perform site inspections and final sign-offs, and manage maintenance tickets and workflows using Red Rabbit.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' maintenance experience.
• Experience across industrial and residential property maintenance.
• Direct responsibility for site inspections and sign-offs.
• Hands-on experience with maintenance tickets and workflows (Red Rabbit).
• Solid costings and project management experience.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.

We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance operations across an industrial property portfolio.
Position : Maintenance Manager (Industrial Property)
Area : Bedfordview , JHB East
Salary : R30 000 CTC - R35 000 CTC
Minimum requirements:

• A minimum of five years' relevant maintenance experience.
• Substantial exposure to both industrial and residential property maintenance.
• Proven experience managing multiple maintenance teams and contractors.
• Practical experience in maintenance costings and project management.
• Direct responsibility for site inspections, quality control and final sign-offs.
• Demonstrable hands‑on experience using Red Rabbit to manage maintenance tickets and workflows.
• Valid Driver's Licence and own vehicle.
• Lives in the Johannesburg East area.
