Placements24 is seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Valuer to join our expanding team. The role is remote and focuses on conducting comprehensive property valuations for assets across South Africa, guiding investment and lending decisions with accurate reports.

You will perform market analysis, inspections (primarily via virtual tools), prepare valuation reports, liaise with clients and institutions, stay current with market trends, and mentor junior valuers to uphold internal standards

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate valuation or property appraisal.
• Professional designation or qualification in property valuation (e.g., SACAP, SAIUP).
• Proven ability to conduct complex valuations and produce high-quality reports.

• Perform detailed market research and analysis to determine property values for residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Conduct physical inspections of properties (where feasible and necessary, utilizing virtual tools primarily) and gather relevant data.
