Job summary

Ad Talent Africa is seeking an experienced Senior Radio Traffic Manager to lead bookings, scheduling and commercial operations in a fast-paced radio environment.

You will work closely with Sales, Programming and Finance to ensure accurate broadcast, timely handovers and insightful revenue reporting, while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

The role is based in Sandton and requires strong numeracy, attention to detail and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Matric / Grade 12 completed.
• 3+ years' radio traffic or commercial operations experience.
• Experience with month-end reconciliations and finance/billing.
• Knowledge of radio traffic systems (Zetta, GSelector, TBS, RCS, Airwaves).

Responsibilities

• Manage radio bookings from capture to broadcast and reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate scheduling of spots, sponsorships, value-adds and airtime.
• Oversee traffic deadlines, logs, make-goods and missed spots.
• Manage month-end reconciliations and handover to Finance.
• Provide sales and revenue insights through reports.
• Produce traffic, sales and inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with broadcasting regulations.
• Support traffic teams and coordinate with Sales, Programming, Finance, agencies and clients.
• Maintain and improve traffic systems and processes.
