Job summary

Make it Good is seeking a Traffic Manager in Johannesburg to own the day-to-day workflow across digital, creative and content projects. The role focuses on efficient scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining project schedules to keep all work moving smoothly within a fast-paced agency environment.

You will coordinate between creative, content, digital and client service teams, ensure on-time delivery from brief to sign-off, and proactively spot bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ agency experience in traffic, project management or a similar role.
• Experience in digital, creative and content environments.
• Strong scheduling and resource allocation skills.
• Hands-on, organised and proactive approach.
• Ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Clear, confident communication with teams at every level.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily traffic across digital, creative and content projects.
• Allocating resources and balancing team capacity.
• Building and maintaining project schedules.

• Making sure deliverables move efficiently from brief to sign-off.
