Job summary

RPO Recruitment's client, a leading quantity surveying and cost consulting firm in Gauteng, seeks a senior-level Professionally Registered Quantity Surveyor to join their experienced team.

The ideal candidate will bring technical excellence, leadership capabilities, and sectoral knowledge across commercial, residential, retail, office, leisure and housing developments. Salary negotiable depending on experience.

Qualifications

• BSc (Hons)/BTech in Quantity Surveying from a recognised institution.
• Registration as a Professional Quantity Surveyor with SACQSP compulsory.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying consulting environment.
• Experience across commercial, residential, office, leisure, retail and housing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost management methodologies and benchmarks.
• Proficient in WinQS, Dimension X or CostX and MS Excel.
• Understanding of South African construction law, procurement procedures and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and delivery of high-quality work.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
