Qualifications

• BSc (Hons)/BTech in Quantity Surveying from a recognised institution.
• Registration as a Professional Quantity Surveyor with SACQSP compulsory.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a Quantity Surveying consulting environment.
• Experience across commercial, residential, office, leisure, retail and housing sectors.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost management methodologies and benchmarks.
• Proficient in WinQS, Dimension X or CostX and MS Excel.
• Understanding of South African construction law, procurement procedures and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and delivery of high-quality work.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport.
