Job summary

RPO Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a reputable consultancy near Somerset West for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Administrator in a structured, hybrid setup. You will support pre‑contract delivery, site cost control and internal operations across projects.

Requirements include a BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying, SACQSP registration is advantageous, 10+ years PQS/consulting experience, and proficiency with WinQS, CostX and DimX.

Qualifications

• BSc or BTech in Quantity Surveying.
• PQSenior/consulting experience (10+ years).
• Experience with cost planning, BOQs and tendering.
• Proficiency with WinQS, CostX and DimX.
• Strong office administration to support pre-contract delivery.
• Professional SACQSP registration advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, tender docs and BOQs.
• Manage valuations, cost control and financial reporting.
• Support director on project management and principal agent duties.
• Coordinate site cost control and internal operations.
• Assist pre-contract delivery and project administration.
