Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related commercial/construction discipline.
• Significant experience in senior Quantity Surveying or commercial project management roles.
• Excellent analytical ability and proactive approach to identifying commercial risk.
• Strong commercial acumen with exceptional cost control and financial management skills.
• Confident communicator with ability to influence multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial management across a portfolio of engineering and construction projects.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts and cost plans.
• Monitor project expenditure and identify cost variances, trends and risks.
• Implement corrective actions to protect project profitability and financial performance.
• Identify commercial, contractual and financial risks across multiple projects; develop mitigation strategies.
• Support contract administration and commercial negotiations where required.
• Present commercial performance reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
