You will work with researchers and traders to build data pipelines, optimize algorithms, and contribute to scalable financial systems. A strong foundation in C++, Python, or Java and a quantitative background is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in quantitative development or software engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in C++, Python, or Java, with emphasis on performance.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOD.
• Experience with financial mathematics, statistics, or ML concepts.
• Linux/Unix familiarity and shell scripting.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms is a plus.
