Placements24 seeks a Senior Industrial Quality Assurance Engineer in Nelspruit to uphold and improve quality standards across manufacturing processes. You will lead QMS initiatives, implement SPC-based improvements, and drive CAPA across production and supplier networks.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 6+ years in QA/QC, and hands-on experience with inspection tools and ISO 9001 compliance. A proactive leader will advance customer satisfaction and product reliability.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in QA/QC in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Strong knowledge of QMS (ISO 9001) and relevant standards.
• Expertise in SPC, root cause analysis, and CAPA methodologies.
• Experience with inspection techniques and measurement equipment.
• Six Sigma or Lean certification is an advantage.
• Eligible to work in Nelspruit.

Mansioni

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Define and implement quality control procedures for raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Conduct regular quality audits of internal processes and supplier performance.
• Utilize SPC techniques to monitor and improve production quality.
• Lead root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement CAPA.
• Develop and deliver quality training programs to production and quality personnel.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and improvements.
• Manage customer feedback and complaints related to product quality.
• Oversee inspection and testing protocols and equipment calibration.
