Job summary

Arcs seeks a QA Engineer to lead end-to-end testing of the MWL Platform, with emphasis on Gemstone and Visualworks. You will perform functional, regression and integration testing across legacy and modern components, ensuring data integrity and reliable system behavior.

You will design test cases, build automation, and collaborate with Agile squads to improve quality across investment platform capabilities, including adviser workflows, transactions and reporting outputs.

Qualifications

Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline preferred.
ISTQB or ISEB testing certification preferred.
810+ years testing experience, including strong technical testing and data validation.
Experience testing financial services, wealth management or platform-based solutions preferred.
Exposure to Gemstone, Visualworks or comparable legacy technologies advantageous.

Responsibilities

Perform functional, regression, system integration and end-to-end testing across the MWL Platform.
Validate platform rules, investment transactions, adviser and operations workflows, and exceptions.
Data accuracy, movement, reconciliation and calculation validation across legacy and integrated systems.
Design test cases, execute tests and maintain traceability; drive defect resolution.
