• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Business Admin, Finance, Real Estate or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate transaction coordination or management.
• Strong understanding of real estate contracts, title insurance, and closing procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of South African property market and Mpumalanga legislation.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate all phases of property transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing agreements.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including title searches, environmental assessments, and zoning reviews.
• Prepare and review transaction-related documents, such as purchase agreements, lease contracts, and closing statements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with buyers, sellers, and their representatives.
• Liaise with legal counsel, escrow agents, lenders, and other third parties to facilitate smooth closings.
• Maintain accurate and organized transaction files and databases.
• Monitor transaction progress and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Assist with financial analysis and reporting related to property transactions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Support the senior investment team in sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities in the Nelspruit area.

About the Role Our client, a dynamic real estate investment group, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Property Transaction Specialist to manage and execute property deals within the Nelspruit, Mpumalanga region. This role is integral to the firm's operations, focusing on the complex processes involved in acquiring and disposing of real estate assets. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of property transactions, from initial due diligence and offer negotiation through to closing and post-transaction administration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate law, contract management, and financial documentation. This is an on-site position, requiring meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously in our Nelspruit office.
