Placements24 is seeking a Senior Property Law Consultant to join a well-established real estate development firm in Kimberley, Northern Cape. You will manage all legal aspects of property transactions, developments, and disputes, ensuring compliance and strategic advantage across acquisitions, leasing, and development projects.
The ideal candidate will have extensive property law experience, including conveyancing and land use planning, with a strong ability to navigate regulatory requirements
Formación
- Admitted attorney with 7+ years in Property Law.
- Proven conveyancing track record.
- In-depth knowledge of South African property legislation.
Responsabilidades
- Provide expert legal advice on property law matters including acquisition, sale, leasing and development.
- Oversee conveyancing processes and ensure timely registration of deeds.
- Review and draft property-related agreements (sale, lease, development).
- Advise on land use planning, zoning regulations and environmental law considerations.
- Manage property disputes and liaise with external counsel.
