You will work with internal stakeholders and external counsel, conduct legal research, manage disputes, and help ensure the company remains compliant while pursuing growth in the Northern Cape.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with at least 6 years of experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong understanding of South African contract and company law.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to provide practical legal advice.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice on corporate matters, including governance and compliance.
• Support business development activities with legal expertise.
• Assist in managing legal disputes and liaising with external counsel.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports on relevant legal issues.
