Qualifications

• Experience drafting property agreements and handling complex conveyancing matters.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all aspects of property transactions, including transfers, bonds, and cancellations.
• Draft and review deeds of sale, lease agreements, and other property-related contracts.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on property transactions, including title searches and zoning checks.
• Advise clients on property disputes and estate planning related to property.
