Qualifikationen

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Investigate, evaluate and settle complex property insurance claims (fire, flood, structural damage).
• Interpret policy wordings, conditions and endorsements to determine coverage.
• Perform site inspections or manage loss adjusters for detailed assessments.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and/or representatives in a fair, timely manner.
• Identify potential fraudulent claims for further investigation.
